The budget was announced on 12th of this month. Analyzing its impact on us. The real estate marketEspecially in phase 9 prism. Our previous videos have provided general updates on the pros and cons of real estate budgeting.

  • FBR Value: About Rs.50 million.
  • Market Price:
    • 1 Kanal Plots in A and R Blocks: Around Rs 15 million.
    • Other blocks: About Rs.12.5 million.

Despite the stagnant market, FBR rates are likely to rise modestly, though not significantly.

Impact on property values

FBR Valuation: The FBR value of properties in DHA Phase 9 Prism is currently lower than the market value, resulting in no significant impact on buyer and seller costs. However, the value of FBR may increase marginally, which may increase acquisition costs for buyers marginally.

Tax changes

Capital Gains Tax:
